2024 Reopener: PTHC MOU Tentative Agreement
After 10 months of bargaining, the Federation and the District have reached tentative agreement on an MOU that will extend and improve the existing part-time healthcare program. Negotiations regarding compensation are still ongoing. In an effort to implement this program as soon as possible so PT faculty can benefit from it, we are holding a ratification vote this week (Monday, October 21st – Sunday, October 27th) so that the Board of Trustees can ratify the agreement in their November meeting.
The full text of the agreement can be viewed here.
The Federation recommends a “yes” vote in support of ratification of the proposed MOU.
