2024 Reopener: PTHC MOU Tentative Agreement
After 10 months of bargaining, the Federation and the District reached tentative agreement on an MOU that extends and improves the existing part-time healthcare (PTHC) program. Negotiations regarding compensation are still ongoing. In an effort to implement this program as soon as possible so PT faculty can benefit from it, we held a ratification vote during the period of Monday, October 21st – Sunday, October 27th. Our membership ratified the agreement on October 27th. The Board of Trustees is expected to ratify this agreement in their November meeting.
The full text of the agreement can be viewed here.
The Federation recommends a “yes” vote in support of ratification of the proposed MOU.
